About Me
Dr. Aysha Mabin
My name is Aysha, and I am passionate about helping people improve their lives through the healing power of yoga. With my education in Human Development and Family Science, as well as my background in psychology and child development, I have an understanding of the challenges that we face in our lives.
As a certified yoga teacher (CYT 200hr), I am committed to empowering others with the tools needed to cope with life stressors and find inner peace through mindfulness practices. I believe that yoga has the power to heal not just the body, but also the mind and soul.
My dedication doesn’t stop there. As the co-founder of non-profit Calm Connections, Inc., and a researcher for another social service non-profit, I am constantly working to improve the lives of those in my community.
I know firsthand the struggles that people face and the obstacles that can seem insurmountable. But I also know that with the right support, we can overcome even the toughest challenges. That’s why I am here to not just write about the difficulties we face, but to show us how to overcome them. Through research, we can find answers.
